€5k Paddy's Day Jolly for FG Councillor

Despite being bankrupt, the FG led Wicklow County Council recently paid €3,000,000 for a site now worth about €3k and now, they are one of the FEW Councils planning to send a Councillor to the US for a Paddy's day jaunt.

There are plenty of Irish forced to be in the US because of inept Govt. policy that can truly represent us without wasting money we have not got.

These extarvagances are what the household charge will fund, this and outrageous Councillor's/TD expenses. Like Simon Harris, despite calling for reform, and previously travelling to Leinster House on the DART, hypocritically claiming expenses of €3,142 per month in 2011!
