Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Metal Bar V Permanent Retainers...

    Coming to the end of my aligners treatment..I heard some people get a metal bar in place rather than wear retainers every night...Any thoughts on this?? Any advantages to metal bar? Handier than retainers every night??!

    Metal bar a no brainer imo. Once it's in its forgotten about. My friend got the retainer and through lack of consistency she ended up needing another year of braces
