I live in an end of terrace House and the house adjoined to me has their attic converted which I'm pretty sure they are using as a bedroom. My issue is that I can hear every foot step they make as the sound seems to vibrate into my bedrooms. I don't have the attic converted myself. The neighbouring house is rented and the issue has become worse/more annoying since the latest renters moved in.

Any thoughts on what I could do on my side of things?
