Best facility for cocaine addict

    Anyone have any suggestions for a family member who is heavy cocaine user (and probably an alcoholic). They’re coming near the end of the line and need help ASAP, or it’s going to end badly

    They did a stint in Hope House a few years ago but availed of none of the after care and as a result within 6 months were back worse than ever.

    They are on Social Welfare, but there is a chance of a family member footing the bill to pay for private help

    I believe this person also needs somewhere they can detox ahead of admission as they are unwilling/unable to do it themselves

    Does anyone have any experience of the Rutland Center or Smarmore (or similar places)?
