    Do the Irish defence forces recruit every year? Does anyone know when they might be recruiting again?

    The fact that pay and conditions are so poor and people of all ranks and levels of experience are leaving in droves, causing a vicious circle of an even worse workload and work/life balance on those remaining will ensure recruitment will continue !!

    Go speak to someone serving about the reality of working in the Defence forces at the current moment, a quick look on social media should tell you all you need to know.
