    I know sign language is not a universal language (the Americans have their own version, the British have theirs, etc..) so I was wondering, do the Irish have their own version of sign language too?

    All native Sign languages worldwide are different. We do have a universal one too. In Ireland its Irish Sign Language and this was recognised in law as an official native language of ireland in 2017.
