How long does refund take when youve completed and sent chargeback form

    Hi, i sent the completed chargeback form to to the address stated on the form approximately 2-3 weeks ago. Can you please confirm when this is processed

    It can take up to 45 days for an chargeback request to be fully processed. Please be assured that you'll be contacted if any thing else is needed from you or if there is any update on your request.
