Subscription over WAP ?

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, when i was on my phone the other day one of those annoying subscriptions popped up that said if 'you proceed' you will be charged over WAP for the subscription, any-who i think i may have accidentally clicked on it by accident, if so how would i get the bill would i get a text or a…
