Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Windows 8.1 Rocket tab malaware

I recently got a new PC with Windows 8.1. I had read about the Classic Shell so I installed that, but accidently initially installed 'classic start' instead which is full of malaware. I think I managed to get rid of most of it, but in the past few days I'm getting the following pop up:

Windows can not find C:\Program files (x86)\RocketTab\Client.exe Make sure you have typed the name correctly and try again.

This pops up after I first load the PC and click on either the Windows live mail or Internet icon app. Also sometimes the windows command prompt C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe pops up.

The rocket tab error message I think started to pop up after the Dell software run a scan of the PC and identified it and then obviously did something to it.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of these two things would be great.
