    He has made a lot of the papers over in the UK for breaking their lockdown rules. I'm not surprised by Des, not the brightest that lad.

    I don't know their lockdown rules inside out.
    But I'd guess that going to a police station to collect recovered stolen property relating to your business is probably within the law (if not the spirit of it).
