Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

We are in our new house 4 years. There is an on going issue which the developers failed to resolve, even after numerous attempts. This is one of many issues (some of which have been resolved). If we hired a third party to fix it, would we be in a position to take legal action against the developer should they choose not to pay the costs? Anybody ever in a similar scenario? We have a communication trail about this particular issue over the years.

    thanks

Talk to the solicitor that did the transaction. The contract may specify a period of 1-2 years to bring claims for patent (obvious) defects. You need to make sure that you have followed procedure. Otherwise you could be very stuck.

Do you have homebond or something similar?
