It's FWD and it's a 1.7 petrol, but i'm sure there's plenty of farmers about that could stick a diesel engine in it if you wanted

This is very true..i was thinking this myself..now where would i get some onions,stripy jumper and a beret...

I have a 77 Corvette in great condition 350ci Auto with lots of new bits including New Engine,Exhaust,Wheels and Tyres etc. Im looking for a Mk1 Cortina GT / Escort / or simular to swap. I already have a 65 GT350 Clone so im looking for something non Yank.

As far as pictures go, that's about all i have at the moment. The car is in dry storage in west cork at the moment. I was out there today to start it up, and it went first time. Hydraulics are perfect in it as well, she rises after about 30 seconds.

I might be out there again during the week and if the weather holds out, i'll take it out and take some more pics, but i wouldn't hold my breath (weather forecast is not looking too good at the moment)
