Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi There,

We have taken a third party action against the landlord of the property next door to us because of anti social behavior that he has failed to address.

Has anybody on here taken a third party dispute and if so could you tell us what to expect?

Will we be face to face with the landlord in the same room or will we be kept separate?

Hi there, how did you get on with this? I am in the same boat at the moment however I'm not hopeful as we have heard the RTB seem to be pro-tenant?
