    I was going to suggest you try the direct approach Bren but I see you did, to no avail - I had bit of success when Duffy started the dumb-ass "CV 19" rubbish. I sent in a email - 'Please stop saying CV 19. There is no such thing and it just sounds stupid' - That was it...he never said it again.

    That Peter Woods guy really needs to consider his position - He hasn't a fecking clue what he's at

    Now believe it or not I rang RTE to express my dissatisfaction with this attempt at ‘ banter’.A week or two ago while the prog.was live.

    I asked to be put through to the producer and was told “not possible they were in studio”.

    I outlined my views and requested the “call back” that was offered.

    This did come the next day from a very nice lad who took my views, promised to put these to the producers, and we would see the outcome.

    Did you axe them to be nice when the gubbermint ministers do be on? 😁

    Indeed Steven, now, I have noticed in the last few programmes that there is a small but perceptible shift away from the full on ‘guffawslot’ at five to the hour.

    Too early to say if they have ‘seen the light’ just yet, but like the Skibereen Eagle I will keep a listening brief on things.

    @Gen Zhukov You are correct about the British Amb interview, O’hEadhra tried to nail him down and was getting nowhere so kept trying over the time limit…cue a huge barrage of ads after the event to fill the dead air.
