Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
    I'm considering moving house in the next year or two. I would love to build a modern house but the area I want to live in is a Local Needs area and it is highly unlikely that I would get planning permission.
    The most likely solution is to buy an existing 80's/90's bungalow and modernise it.
    Can anyone recommend any websites to get good ideas for this sort of a project or reports of any good projects that have been completed.
