Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

Who are you all using for pallet collections in the UK?

My current guy cant collect for 3 weeks due to a backlog.

Paperwork ready and all, so any suggestions?

try the Pallet Network www.tpn.ie I'm finding they are fairly good with recent deliveries taking 3-4 days max.

Avoid Palletways - absolute nightmare to deal with and all over the shop. I have a couple of pallets in their UK warehouse that's been waiting since end January - their answer (if you get though) is "its in a queue" and only after I asked the supplier to recall the delivery did it suddenly move and am told it will come in over the weekend.

Very hard to get anyone interested in groupage from the UK at the moment..

Who is the normal operator you use, and what sort of volumes do you have?

A good hint would be to try do larger less regular shipments if you can..
