    Good to see Carlow has moved their Midlands Scratch Cup to a nicer time of year on the 29th & 30th May.....entered it there yesterday and looking forward to playing one of the true gems of Irish golf again.

    I dunno if the new date is gonna help, its on the weekend before the east, and 72h in 2days only 5 days before a major cship will affect the field imho. I know i certainly wont be going as it would be too much golf in short space of time...
