Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Chilled out here on the sofa, telly on - Derry Girls on at the mo. Weather forecast for tomorrow looks very promising! :D:cool:

Chairing an AA meeting for the second time tomorrow - this time, it will be an online affair via Zoom...hope it goes well!

So...... I'm thinking of a long drive......
Visit my mom, her mental health is all over the shop at the mo!
I can then visit a friend & stay in her caravan in the garden......
Then visit my mom the next day again...

Strict rules, probably not allowed, but I can bring things to my mom, from shops...... & I think it may be worth it..... For her mental health......
    We will sit outside......

OMG, it's so hard to decide!

Do you find Zoom starts misbehaving when you've more than half a dozen connected?

If you can maintain social distancing I think do it. At some point we need to recognize mental health being just as important. I also had ice cream for my breakfast so may not be the right person for advice but, there you go anyway :)

I’m at home wondering if I should sleep or watch tv

I'm all for sticking to the rules but if you have reason to be worried about your mam then that's something else. Especially if you can combine it with bringing her a few bits and making sure she's stocked up on everything she needs.

Hoards of people on a beach ignoring social distancing is a completely different thing to a daughter or son or whatever you are , looking out for your mam.

This is the week to do it as well because the weather is supposed to be lovely so perfect for sitting outside, distanced but together and that's just for her safety because I know you're working. Didn't they say 2 meters apart in the fresh air brings very little risk.

In work. Haven't even opened the laptop. Instead I'm going to do online shopping. Oh but to browse in a shop! Tesco Extra isn't cutting it.
In other news I have a disc protrusion in my neck. Afùckinggain. Had two of them in 2012 and needed surgery. This time around I have no health insurance.

WAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! WHAT'S TO BECOME OF ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But wait! All is not lost. I shall move to the next stage of my HumaPet business model.
Lost a loved one? Fear not for I shall apply taxidermy methods and you will have them forever.

I was waiting a week for a letter sent within Ireland by normal post! So yes!
Also a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday only arrived today. Another package is sitting in outer parcel space somewhere and can't even be tracked.

Roasting hot here in Clare. Fooking Laya Life took my life insurance 3 days early probably due to the bank holiday but what about it. Refusing to let anything annoy me, or detract from days like this. Going for a walk now.

Managed to get over the hump of the week and it's free wheelin from here to friday and then a week off and the cheapest holiday I have ever taken.

Just out of the shower after swallowing a ball :D
I cheaped out on a tongue bar and it opened as I was laying down earlier talking on the phone and slid down my throat. That’ll be an interesting experience later I’d say. Lord.

If the ball came off one side did the rest stay in?

    Evening folks.
Garden side enjoying the evening sunshine after a day of Teams meetings. Hate the way people assume because you don’t have to travel that you can schedule them back to back... was thinking about setting boundaries today and while I have them , I mustn’t forget to tell others about them!

Whistles 'There may be trouble ahead' 🎶

Had to finish off some elderflower tonic so decided to add some gin, ever focused on not wasting things! :pac:

And I won’t even mention the blue tits hopping around from tree to tree...

    Now whistling innocently :pac:
