Amazon 3rd Party Seller Refund Question

    Hi,

So early last month I bought an item from a 3rd Party Seller on Amazon UK. The estimated delivery date said that takes about a month so it should have arrived on the 5th of this month. It's now been a week it has not arrived and the tracker has not updated since 12th of April. I contacted the seller last week and they said they will look into it but so far no reply.

My question is if I want a refund, how do you go about it? Do I contact the seller and ask for a full refund(through Amazon site) or do I go directly with Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee Refund?

    Thanks
