Hi, just looking for advice.

Currently living in a semi detached with garage to left, beside a small field with access road encircling it.

Many garages face onto said field from surrounding houses to the left and right of my road. Like a horseshoe and I am in centre.

Question is can I knock my garden wall to the left and put a gate in for access purposes(not vehicle) abiding current 2m height restriction etc without planning?
