Hi all, hoping someone can shed some light. A developer on land touching ours has been asked to redesign his proposed layouts for an estate for various reasons. We originally objected to the initial application. He has done this and submitted them as part of original application but has ignored or dismissed some of the councils original recommendations and questions. Do we have to object again to the redesign even though it is the same application or do we wait for the decision and then appeal to ABP.?!
