Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Question about an "old" FAS Apprenticeship

I never got a chance to finish mine as I was let go and had to leave for Australia for work in early 2008. Would it still be possible to finish off my apprenticeship now that I am back in Ireland. I want to be qualified and have papers to prove it. I was a 3rd year apprentice when I left for Australia.

Measures were put in place to facilitate apprentices that lost their jobs in that period. Whether they are still there is worth investigating.
I think you have a good chance of completing your apprenticeship somehow.
    Contact FAS.
