Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone any tricks of the trade for traveling on Aer Lingus / Ryanair with racquets and gear. Have you gotten away with rackets/bag as carry on?

Can't see a tour bag being allowed as carry on with a few rackets and kit for a day or two. Going to be traveling a bit for comps the next while (not me) and trying to make it as cost effective as possible as checking luggage is a big cost.

    Cheers

Didn't try it last weekend with Aer Lingus as we checked them cos the bag was too big.

Ordered a smaller backpack style one and just checked with Ryanair at bag drop to see if we could bring them on with our priority boarding.

Ryanair classes the rackets a weapons and they had to go in the checked bag. Looks like they will be checked all the time. Far from ideal checking €200+ rackets given the way bags get treated.
