Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The Little Things That Lift Your Spirit

There is really a lot negativity and anger on the boards these days. I know that I am guilty of indulging in it myself. And let's face it, January and the post Christmas blues can darken our moods.

So to counter this, what are the things in life that lift your spirit, make you smile or laugh (apparently laughter is great therapy for the soul :):D)

    I'll start:
Listening to a song from a musician you really like
    A walk on the beach
A message or even better a letter or email from a friend or relative you haven't seen or heard from in a good while
The smell of fredh ground coffee
The aroma from a scented candle in your living room in the evening
    The laughter of a child
Cuddling up to a beloved pet
Watching a good nature documtary on TV
Eating favourite sweets like jellies or chocolates whilst lying across the sofa

What are the things that lift your spirits?:)
