Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi. I just had a brand new Beko washing machine installed today. It was recommend to run a drum cleaning cycle which we did. This tripped a fuse.
So I went to test the machine and run cycle. The machine is filling with water and after a minute there is the sound of a few clicks and then the water empties. No error code is appearing and the machine just switches off. We have also tried a reset and the same thing happens. Any ideas? TIA

With a machine that is after being installed and it is malfunctioning in its first wash you should get back to the retailer and get Beko service to check the w/m, on the off chance that the installer is a handyman you need to check the waste pipe level. The standpipe that takes the emptying water away has to be a wider bore than the emptying hose, it needs to be approx. 3 inches in height from top of w/m and when the emptying hose is fitted into it, it should not be pushed down more than four to five inches otherwise the w/m will syphon. As regards the tripping had the lead to be extended, it may have been the machine or you could have a faulty socket.

Well what can I say. It was a fault in the machine after all and the company we bought it from replace it immediately. New machine is on and working. The level of service we received was excellent. Thumbs up for the family owned local businesses.
