Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Fridge insulation damage query?

    Hi there,

    I've just received a new Bosch fridge freezer. However, I've noticed some damage to the rear insulation (see pics). Am I being overly fussy about it or should request a replacement?

    I'm on my phone so only see one photo. I don't see any damage at all in the one photo

    once plugged in and the red light goes out with the drop in temp you should have no worries, you would probably get a rebate if you insisted on getting it replaced
