Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bloody hell mothman that the tropics compared to here :D
Even the NRA Arklow by-pass is showing 1.6 with a road temp of 0.7 and I see it's not treated...

No breeze at all here almost calm at the moment-tempted to wait for that shower to bear down to see what it has to offer.

Ground is frozen and white here btw

Showery, it will be real hit and miss, sun will melt anything during the day, but tomorrow night could be intertesting. Still snowing in tullow picking up again.

There appears to be a line running back out into the Irish sea from you, with heavier pulses along it, blues, then yellows and oranges, then blues, then more yellows and oranges...

County Down and more inportantly, the Mournes are robbing all the snow on you, just like the Wicklow Mtns were robbing all the snow for Carlow. earlier yesterday evening.

thin dusting here now, snow falling is very fine, looks like for the moment wicklow into carlow is the place to be for all the main snow activity.

Make that South Wicklow, though there is lighter precipitation off the coast here near Wicklow Town.

    Temp a constant 4.3C with a good 12mph breeze.

    Intense red blob over earthman...

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,498 ✭✭✭Mothman

Looks like there is precipitation over Louth. still some red echoes to hit Earthman.

I'm willing it to move slightly north, but considering that the 10m wind is from north, no amount of will power will work.

    Temp has dropped to 3.4C
Wind has eased just a little to 10mph.
Good thing is that dewpoint is now -1.5C

I see it I feel it I hear it.
Snow is now mixed with very hard hail-I'm begining to wonder is it Greenland I'm in  This by the way is definitely gonna make its way over to Irish1 and Tullow, looking at the direction its taking...

Anyways I'm off to bed! Here endeth my reports for the nigh, my jeep looks like an igloo :p

Think I've had a RH reading down to 18%, but don't even have a figure down to 50% most months.

Dewpoint -2.2C, at least something is heading in right direction

    Rightio, change is underway,

A large area of midlevel cloud has broken, the temperatures are plummeting, and there is a big shower starting to push in over me, it is building too!

    At long last!

South Wicklow looks like it is getting plastered!
