Reimbursement of solicitor fees with UB Mortgage

I have a mortgage with UB, just recently bought a house. Any idea of when I should expect the 1500 reimbursement of my solicitor fees? Do I need to do something or will they do this automatically?

Should go into the mortgage account around 30 days after drawdown.
