Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Plastering Costs

    Hi There,


    Looking to get a cost for Internal plastering for walls and ceilings.

    House is 114.51 SqM.

    Downstairs is: Hallway, 2 living rooms, kitchen, extension, Bathroom, Utility Room
    Upstairs is: 3 bedroom, bathroom, hallway & Landing

    Attic: is one room with stairway.


    I know a site visit would be needed to firm up costs but looking for ballpark for now if anyone had any insights.

    Did you look into spray plastering? Virtually perfect finish, no chance of mapping and ready for paint within a few days. ? ? Costs would be in line with traditional plastering.
