Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Don't rinse your mouth for six hours after the extraction, so as not to dislodge the clot. After that rinse gently with a solution of a teaspoon of salt in warm water.
Applying a cold compress only reduces swelling and should be done immediately after the extraction. Take whatever painkillers you have available to you. It should be well sorted in under 24 hours.

Been there many times over the years, you have my sympathy.
