Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Did Toland just say “that was a quality kick but unfortunately went off the pitch”?

Goggin sliced it out on the full

Scrum half taken out there, ben thinks about giving a penalty and then decides not to referee that law

Wasn't paying too much attention so didn't see the specific offense but there is no actual law against playing the 9.

Benetton are really good to watch

Ben isn't doing such a bad job in general tonight, though I think he favoured Munster for our first try. I'm not sure how far ahead of the kicker the Treviso player really was. It was very close and it's a lottery which of those get called, 9 times out of ten those are ignored.
    I retract that statement

They remind me of Connacht when they won the pro 12

If Treviso get to the knockouts, they could be a dark horse to sneak a victory.

Holland was right to highlight Allan going low into contact when he’s carrying the ball, he’s continuously doing it.

    Yellow and try here.

Could be a yellow there, easily. Deliberate knock on.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,967 ✭✭✭✭2smiggy

    He's a horrible ref

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,509 ✭✭✭sioda

    That's a joke of a decision.

I'm surprised Billy Holland managed to restrain himself there.

Munster need to start holding in to the ball

No it isn't. It was a yellow and PT all night long

Can’t see how you can complain about the yellow and try.

Nah, we've already proven we can score agsinst their defence. Just play the ball in their half and keep playing the way they've been playing

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,366 ✭✭✭yerrahbah

Great turnover by Arnold, and kick by JJ.

Probably was a penalty try in fairness

He knocked it while tackling its not deliberate thus not a penalty try

    Shoulder to Archers face there.
    Should be yellow.

Could be a red if there's a good angle

Whitehouse trying not to even penalise that... Called it a clash of heads initially...

Could easily be a red, though I'm guessing he'll go yellow.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,366 ✭✭✭yerrahbah

    Wow

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Whitehouse runs in to slap a defender on the back to get out of the mau. I detest that, ping for the penalty, they don’t run into rucks doing that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,416 ✭✭✭Dave_The_Sheep

Where did that 'medium force' malarky come from?

Yellow fair, I thought they had cover thou so pen try was harsh. Other way round munster would not have got the decision

Marshall thinks he's Denis Buckley with these passes tonight

Was wondering that too. If that was medium, what does he consider hard

Its hard to escape the judgement that Whitehouse really doesn't like Munster. Maybe he had his lolly stolen at bunratty cadtle when on holidays as a child
