    Hi,
    I had oral sex with my friend for 7 months.
    We were drinking and he kissed me and thats how it started.
    I sucked his dick and he came. didn't take long.
    Went to spit it out and my tongue is black, the cum is black.
    Not sure what that would mean?
    I went back to the him but he seemed embarrassed.

    It is most likely blood in his semen and he should see a GP immediately. A referral to urology and possibly oncology is needed.

    You would also be wise to get yourself tested at an STI clinic.
