Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yogurt pots / containers.

    Ringsend recycling centre - I understand that it is operated by Greenstar for DCC.

    On a recent visit I noticed a sign saying that yogurt pots were not accepted.
    According to the recyclinglistireland yogurt pots are recyclable [dry and clean].
    According to my read of Greenstar's own site yogurt pots can go in their domestic recycle bins.

    So, why not in Ringsend with the other plastics ?

    It's the white pots are the problem I think. The opaque pots, usually with cardboard wrapper, are okay for recycling. Removing the wrapper of course.

    Down there this week - including a pile of white yogurt pots.

    Spoke to staff.
    White yogurt pots are OK for Ringsend.
    It seems that the sign indicating not is out of date :rolleyes:
