A few months ago this strand was spotless, today it's covered with a stinking green/brown slimy substance. Where did it come from ?

A curious mixture of
a) algae in Dublin Bay
and
b) BLOOM 2017
resulting in
Algal bloom.
Nature is amazing!!!
