Bus Eireann real time lies

In Naas, just got on the 126 bus towards Dublin at 16:44 (24 mins after schedule). The real time information on buseireann.ie suggested already at 16:34 that the bus had passed my stop. 1. What's the point in having a real time system if it's just guessing? Bus driver tells me the delay is caused by traffic in Newbridge…

1. What's the point in having a real time system if it's just guessing?

Bus driver tells me the delay is caused by traffic in Newbridge (fair enough) and that it's the same every day (fair enough).

2.Why don't Bus Eireann change their schedule to match actual conditions?
