Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Not 'till October usually mate. The cheapest I've seen it has been around €30 on Ebay. Surprising, as it's usually down to around €20 by this time every year.

    From experience it's best to just fork out for the official Xbox ones. They're expensive, but much better IMO.

    Would love to start playing this but need to save money, couple of my mates do and have great craic playing it. Especially shouting absolute crap in faux american accents.

    Game closed, Gamestop is still open. There are limited edition controllers coming out next week that look sweet. They also have the new Dpad which is for fighting games, if anyone plays them.

    Slim i'd say, EA wont want to dilute the Madden cash they get.
    If they launch NCAA, they'll be spending a lot more on marketing etc for not a whole lot extra in game sales as a lot of people will buy one or the other, only the hardcore will buy both.

    It would be pretty big though, Installed games are 6-8 gb. Although that is the word on the next gen console, all games will be downloaded, no discs. All to stop the preowned trade. They would want to come with a big hard drive

    I'd have Miller higher to be honest, he's not a great pass catcher or open field runner but that's not really the job of the full back.

    He was mic'd up for the Championship game this year, pretty funny stuff.

    Just watching the PS4 announcement stream.

    It seems you can LiveStream what you are playing to your friends. Imagine all being able to watch the Superbowls, or a big divisional clash. Would be absolutely epic.

    Unless Xbox offer the same, I'll be streaming my Madden league games on PS4 me thinks.

    You can already do that on xbox 360 with COD so I'd imagine they'll have it for all games

    Ya but in saying that aren't you showing everyone then what plays you like to use on defense and offense,if there's a particular set of plays you like to use.

    I would think that's secondary come Super Bowl time I'd have loved to have watched a few of the super bowls I don't think it's anything you wouldn't see from playing them anyway

    Yes but with the PS4 I can log onto my console, see that you are playing you're league game, and start watching right from my PS4.

    I would imagine that a spectator mode would not allow you to see the plays, would be fairly easy for EA to implement.

    I know that but what I meant was if they already have it on 360 for one game (even if it's live streaming to YouTube) then they're obviously going to have it on the new xbox for all games, same as the PS4

    Playing an offline game and something kinda like this happened.Had to watch the replay a few times to be sure.

    Basically Brady's throwing,gets hits,fumbles,then about 4 or 5 players dive on the ball,Hernandez dives in last,picks the ball up while diving,rolls on the backs of the players on the ground back onto his feet and starts gunning it down the field(pretty much exactly like the above),
    I had to go back and watch it a few times,it was pretty funny actually

    Random question, is anyone else having trouble signing into the connected careers site? Its telling me my email/password combo is incorrect, but I know it isn't as I can log onto my EA origin account with it.

    If anyone is needing to buy a new subscription to Xbox Live for the new edition of Madden then I couldn't recommend CD Keys highly enough.

    I just purchased a 13 month subscription (and they throw in some sort of emblem for Halo too) for €33 plus cents. The below is what they have at the minute:

    They do 5% off if you like their Facebook page too, but to save you the hassle the code is CDK6355 at the minute, they do change it every so often although the current active one can usually be found at Hot UK Deals.

    You pay, the send you an email with a link, click that and you enter your mobile phone number with the 353 prefix which they will instantly send you a code to. Just enter that code and up pops a scanned picture of the subscription code to redeem.

    It took me longer to type this than it did to pay for, receive and enter the code :pac:
