Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

I have a question about costs around using oil filled radiators for working from home as weather gets colder.

So I believe if it is a 1500w radiator then every hour it is on it will cost one and a half kilowatt hours so say it is 20 cent a KWH then this radiator would cost 30 cent an hour.

If I wanted to keep a box room at 21 degrees say and the radiator had a thermometer then it would not be on full blast for the whole hour only kicking in to bring the temp back up to 21degrees and so would be cheaper than that. Is this correct and is there anyway to gauge the true cost then ?

    Thanks
