Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Live in Portugal but work a few days a year in Ireland- tax implications?

So I'm thinking of moving to Portugal as much of my business can be done from anywhere, however I would need to come to Ireland for approximately 30 days a year for meetings. What would be the tax implications of this? Would I pay tax in Ireland or in Portugal? Many thanks

    Quote from Revenue:

You may be non-resident, non-ordinarily resident but domiciled in Ireland for a tax year. In this case you will pay Irish tax on:

your Irish income and income from a trade, profession or employment carried out in Ireland and
any gains you make in Ireland.

So yes you have to pay tax in Ireland on Irish Income
