Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

ViewRanger app for iPhone

    Hi gang,
    I’m just wondering if anyone has used ViewRanger app on their iPhone to navigate while hiking. Will routes uploaded on it by other people navigate you. Any help much appreciated.

    I'd say most of us on this forum have used VR while hiking, and would certainly encourage it's use but i wouldn't be 100% dependent on it.

    Batteries die, weather gets crap and phone gets wet, etc etc, so always have a paper map and compass and the knowledge on their use.

    HAVING said that, yes, if you have purchased a route from someone else and have synchronised your device, it should appear
