I signed up to do a SNA level 5 course online. It's only 3 hours a week for 10 weeks. It cost me about €125. It was only after I paid that I thought I might need permission from social welfare to do it. I emailed the invalidity section and they said I need to apply for an exemption to do the course, and I needed to have all the info confirmed by the course provider. I've emailed the course provider and am waiting to hear back. Just wondering if this is all a formality, or are they actually likely to say I can't do it?
