Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A group of apes left the trees in the lower rift valley in Africa today
They are standing upright and seem to be working as a group.

    are these an invasive species?
should i do something or let nature take its course?

They'll either be at Calais or living in Parnell Street within the next few months.

As a neanderthal, Michael, you are yourself a member of that group of apes. And, if you are now in the upper Rift Valley, you're certainly invasive; your particular branch of the family originated in Eurasia.

Should you do anything? You should be come a lot more social. You should live in larger groups, closer to your neighbours. That way, when conflict arises between you and this new lot, you won't be quite so badly outnumbered. Plus, it will increase your opportunity of finding a mate who isn't your sister or your mother. So practice making small-talk at drinks parties! It's a skill you need to develop.

If you don't do these things, I think extinction beckons.

Michael as a Neanderthal you should know that that particular species came out of the trees millions of years before you came along. Oh and you need not worry as you won't be around for too long anyway.

If you're going to use an analogy with evolution at least get your timing and species right.

    Rhododendron.

99% of domestic Rhodo are fine, it's the invasive Rhododendron Ponticum that has ruined many of our National Parks
