Connection limit on Sky ultra fiber broadband

I have just joined sky ultra fiber broadband , I have connected 5 devices on WiFi and 3 on ethernet. Any more and it will not let me connect, it keeps looking for ip address. Does anyone know if there is a limit to the devices you can connect. I can't even get through to the phone with the covid 19.
