Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

RF low battery fault

    Hi all,

I have a HKC Quantum 70 alarm and the message "RF Low Battery" is coming up on the panel.

When I attempt to arm the alarm, I get an audio message stating the above followed by call engineer

The low battery was for the motion sensor with a camera in the lounge.

I've replaced both batteries Duracell in the motion sensor however the audio message is still showing up on the panel as well as the orange fault light still being on the panel

Do I need to reset/clear something in the engineers menu?
