Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

And way before that dental tartar found on neandertal teeth showed they were eating seeds and grains and in a few cases these had been cooked. Maybe as gruel or primitive biscuits. The idea that farming came before bread always felt odd to me. Much more likely and just like animal husbandry we sought to collect in one place the things we had previously sought out by hunting and gathering.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
