Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

ROS digital cert file name

    Need to move from a Mac to windows as the lashes release of Java makes Ros offline unworkable with Mojave 10.14.5
    Anyone know what the digital cert files are called and where should they be stored.

    Search for a folder called RosCerts

    You would have given it a unique name when downloading it. The extension for the file would be .bac

    Anyone any thoughts on the issue in the attachment: second column not showing so can't tick the agreement box.
    windows 10/ newest CT1 form and newest version of ros offline.

    Might be worth trying a different browser or try zooming out the screen.

    Sorry missed the offline part. You can complete the same form online if you can't get the screen to resize.
