Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How much to budget for appliances?

    Buying farmhouse. It’s in good condition but I need to budget for appliances for utility & kitchen. Could ye give me a breakdown of medium priced appliances (w/machine, dryer, dishwasher, Hoover, kitchen appliances (have fridge, cooker & freezer)? tia

    Off the top of my head, I think the below is a reasonable estimate.

    w/machine - 320
    dryer - 320
    dishwasher - 450
    Hoover - 200
    kitchen appliances (have fridge, cooker & freezer) Microwave? - 200
