Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If a phone has been hacked and information stolen, then its a matter for the police.
If the "hack" is in relation to an ongoing civil or criminal matter then you need to consult a solicitor.

In real terms there is no way someone on this forum could tell you if information being distributed 17 months ago was yours or the person who you are trying to help.

What kind of footage? There's tonnes of videos doing the rounds on WhatsApp constantly, how is anybody supposed to know what videos are the one's you're referencing?

It sounds like someone unlocked a phone that's not their own and found videos of the phone's owner taking part in embarrassing acts, took them and sent them on to others. If that's the case then the person who owns the phone should go to the Guards because revenge porn is illegal. As someone above said, nobody here can prove anything for you.

Asks vague question about something very specific without giving any details in order to remove it from the internet.
    Good luck with that!

I a user with widespread use of WhatsApp. .

I'm sorry, I don't know what you've been told about Whatsapp but it isn't a centralised system.
It's not like requesting a torrent or mp3. There really isn't any one (or group) of people that can verify if something was or wasn't released to Whatsapp.

From reading your posts and reading between the lines a little bit, I think it's the police you need - not some random person on a message board.
