Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi everyone,
apologies if this has been covered many times before!

due to flood damage we have to move out of our house while our builder does repairs for two months (not our fault so thankfully covered by the insurance company)

Unfortunately we are tied to D8 due to schools so we can't go too far away and looking online I'm not seeing many houses available in the usual places (Daft, rent.ie etc)

would anyone be able to suggest alternative places to look in the current climate? i would have thought that someone like a landlord who rents via air bnb etc would be very happy to have tenants for eight weeks- am I looking in the wrong place?

    thanks!
