Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My elderly Mum suffers chronic neck pain every now and again. Can anyone recommend a collar to provide temporary relief or any other solution apart from the prescription medication she gets from her GP?

She needs a referral from her gp to see some sort of specialist, bracing any part of the body without proper guidance could cause worse problems, if unhappy with gp seek second opinion

Physiotherapist. Go privately if needed. Worth every penny.

I have never seen collars prescribed for cervical spondylosis.
