Not in Waterford but can highly recommend My Dress in Carrick on Suir. I got my dress with them, after going to loads of places. I had it in my head that they would be very old fashioned, no idea why! But they had a lovely selection of dresses and everything was very relaxed.
I also liked Jeutonic in Kilkenny City. A lot of people like Folkster there too
